Registration and Hotels

Registration Details
The registration fee for faculty and practitioners attending the 2009 Social Equity and Leadership Conference is $125. The registration fee for students attending the conference is $75. To register for the conference, please follow this registration link, and follow the posted steps.

Hotels and Lodging
We have made arrangements at the Robert Treat Hotel in downtown Newark for a discounted rate of $99 for a single and $115 for a double for conference participants (rates do not include taxes). To obtain this rate, request Group # 1511 listed as the Social Equity Conference. Please note, this special conference rate will only be available until May 27, 2009.

In addition, we are making arrangements for individuals who would like to stay on campus during the conference. We have a limited number of on-campus residence hall rooms available at $80 per night. If you would like to pursue this option, please complete the form below by no later than May 15, 2009. 

On-Campus Housing

To receive further information about on-campus housing for the 2009 Social Equity and Leadership Conference, please complete the form below. We must have information from everyone interested in on-campus housing by May 15, 2009. We will follow-up shortly after that date with additional on-campus housing information.
